now i know its a wierd question but does anybody else have sore nostrils?

im not exagerating when i say this but i only have to slightly touch my right nostril and im in pain. ive put vaseline up it incase it was dry but its done nothing its been like this for the past week.

Mine were sore but it was from the constant drainage and having to blow my nose TMI I know.
