Beetroot?

It's weird but can eating beetroot cause your urine to go pink/slightly red? I have no bleeding or UTI so was wondering. I ate beetroot today for lunch, so. Anyone else have this weird thing happening to them?

It's never happened to me before as far as I can remember.

LOLLLL yes totally normal. I thought I was strange for craving pickled beetroot, glad to see I'm not the only one! Even brought a big jar to work, and noticed the colour in urine straight away after eating it!
