Should I be worried?

I just got my daughter out of the car and as I was heaving her out of her car seat, her leg swung round and got me straight in my belly. It wasn't really really hard but hard enough to put me in a panic. Should I just stop worrying?

hi, I think you'll be fine to be honest, baby is well protected by the amniotic fluid.
The other day my aunts dog jumped up my tummy and i was worried about this but there was nothing to worry about, all is fine.
If you experience pain or bleeding then I suggest you go to GPs.

I would say everything is fine, the bub is pretty well protected. If you are blood grp O negative then it might be worthwhile going to see the doctor.
