I'm Currently Feeling: | Anterior means that the placenta is placed at the front of your uterus, making it harder to feel the baby's movements/kicks and such |

I'm 23 weeks today and just came from my second level 2 sono and the placenta move away. My cervix is fine.
Don't worry about it.

| I have an anterior placenta and I am worried about the amount of movement. Am going to discuss it with my midwife on thurs as the amount of kicks have reduced loads in the last week and I didn't start feeling them until quite late. Also I feel the kicks in funny places - either really low or really high up on one side - so it kind of seems there is a gap in the middle where the placenta is that I am not feeling any movement? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Anterior here too, US tech said thats why I only seem to feel movements on the sides and really low, I feel nothing in the front of my belly.
I have 3 other kiddos and I felt lots of movement from them at this stage that I am not getting now. I will be 20 weeks Thursday! | | | | Status: Offline

I also have an anterior placenta, and It is no fun I never feel anything, and when I do they are just light bumps in weird places, maybe once or twice a day. |
