Difficulty Sleeping

Is anybody else having trouble sleeping this early on. I have been really struggling for the last week or so to get to sleep before 4am then i'm usually up again by 9am at the latest. I can't seem to get comfy even though i'm surrounded by that many pillows there is barely room for DH. I start back to work again on Monday after being off sick and i have to be in work for 7.30am so i am really concerned about the lack of sleep. Is there anyone else going through this? Any advice?

try tuning down before bedtime ie. take a bath, turn the lights down and just chill out for a while. that has helped me, i have sleep probs even when im not pregnant.

I have been like this for ages now, some nights i have only had three hours sleep and then had to get up for work at 7.30. I am just tossing and turning, can't get comfortable.

I tend to fall into a deep sleep for few hours, wake up after a couple of hours and then i am wide awake

Have tried the whole relaxing bath thing. Didn't work for me. End up getting so restless that i end up getting the laptop out and coming on here.lol. So maybe BnB is the reason for my sleepless nights.

I think we all joined the insomia club way way too early! I love my sleep but it just isnt happened, sorry i can't offer much advice. Maybe a brisk walk in the fresh air would help?

I have two dogs and with being off work i've walked them loads and also cleaned the house a hundred times. Nothing seems to tire me out enough to actually close my eyes and sleep.

My DH is the same. I have lots of things going on in my tummy and it also feels really heavy. Really don't know what the solution is.

When i do finally get comfy my cat wakes me up.....anyone with a cat will probably understand this clip entirely!
