I got this pillow it is a little expensive but definitely helps, and you can use it after the little one arrives for nursing

I started having problems sleeping almost immediately with both of my pregnancies I have not found much that has helped. I do use a "stress relief" massage oil on my belly before bed (partly for sleep, partly for stretch marks) and spray my pillow with aromatherapy sleep spray. But otherwise, I *try* to give myself approximately 10 hours to sleep (on workdays, when I can't nap). With all my waking and tossing and turning, I figure in that 10 hours, I actually accumulate 7-ish hours of sleep (if that). Also, once a week, I take a Benedryl to help. But pretty much, I've just accepted I am miserably tired almost every day. Sorry to sound like such a downer, this is one of those tired days!

I just had my first spell of not being able to sleep and i hated it. I was so sore at work and felt so tired. I hope this is not going to last for long. I need my sleep!!
