Could be because your body is relaxing at night? I feel the same so i would guess it is normal. I bought a special pillow which has helped tremendously with the awful hip pains i was getting. Still doesnt prevent me from sleeping on my back though.

If you are really concerned though it might be best to give your MW a call?

I'm waiting on my pillow for under my bump to arrive. Should be here tomorrow and i'm hoping it helps. I just put the heaviness down to growing pains as i am more relaxed lying down.

I already have the 'V' shaped pillow and am waiting on the smaller wedge type one that you supposedly put under your bump. Not really sure if it'll help but it'll be worth a try.

At the moment i just have it behind my head but i think i have tried it everywhere. Its great for sitting up in bed. I'm hoping the wedge one helps more.
