I'm Currently Feeling: | Sleeping tablets? Hi guys haven't logged in for a while, split up from partner so have been feeling quite crappy, but hey ho I'm feeling better, he was cheating and I will not tolerate that behaviour.
Anyway on to my problem, i'm not sleeping at all and I am walking around like a zombie. Thing is I bought some Tesco sleep aids today without thinking wether I was able to take them or not, has anyone else taken anything to help them sleep, I'm at my whits end through no sleep and the baby hasn't even arrived yet!!!!! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Sleeping aids is a big NO NO sadly! Unless you get told other wise from GP or MW (I'd ask MW above GP).
Not even allowed the natural form such as Kalms!
Sorry to hear of your recent happenings | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Gosh, I am sorry to hear about your relationship as well. Cheating is an awful thing and I wouldn't put up with it either.
As for sleeping aids, I don't have any tips or suggestions other than to call your doctor and see what he/she suggests | | | | Status: Online

But, perhaps you can try having a nice warm bubble bath and then curling up with a book and a nice, tall glass of warm milk. If you don't like the taste of it, try adding a few drops of vanilla extract. It is good | | | | Status: Online

I'm Currently Feeling: | My doc told me that Unisom and Tylenol PM are completely safe to take during pregnancy. Still, ask your own doc... | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | sorry things have been rough, I've had a rough time too and have actually been put on anti depressants and a sedative and its made the world of difference. I would advise you speak to your GP.
