Can you get reusable stickers for the wall? We also rent but have bought some lovely winnie the pooh ones to put up.

I think maybe with alot of brighter colored accessories (throw blankets and pillows, stuffed animals, and curtains) you could maybe drown out the bland walls. We are going to hang alot of pictures and those peelable stick on graphics like the Pooh ones mentioned so your eyes will be drawn to those. Plus with a baby in the room no one is going to care about the color of the walls hehe
i hope you find a solution!

Can you ask your landlord if you can give the room a lick of paint? You could also buy some different curtains and put them up to brighten up the room a bit? You can cut out pictures from childrens' wrapping paper and make a border? Good luck!

There are a couple of links to sites in Australia that sell wall stickers that are easily removed, the last one does borders. As someone else already said, colourful throws, cuddly toys and nice bright curtains will soon have the room brightend up

^^^ which I would post if I was allowed!! haha just tried to post them there but wouldn't let me till I'd posted at least 10 times oh well!

Ok just go to google and type in baby decor in australia, the first two links and the fourth one I thought were the best.

Hope this helps :P
