Advice needed please!

well this might sound strange to some, but my parents still dont know about my pregnancy!
Im just so so scared of telling my family, particularly my mom.
I know i'm leaving it really late but i just dont know how to say it and i'm dreading her response.
Im 21 and live with my oh and we're really happy, although have only been together around 9 months.
I am in my third year of a nursing course and this pregnancy has come around at a bad time i suppose, but me and oh are over the moon with it.
Last year i was diagnosed with having pcos and was told i would need help with concieving, this was not the case.
I was upset with the diagnosis as i immadetialely presumed i wouldn't be able to have children, my mom was aware and came with me for the doctors appointment when i was given the pcos diagnosis, she also seemed upset for me as she loves kids and has six children herself.
I suppose i'm just scared she will be disappointed as haven't yet completed my course and am still quite young.
My oh's family knows and are really over the moon so are our friends.
Because i've left it so late i just do not know how to tell my mom and feel as if i need her right now.
Any advice much appreciated
sorry for the long post

I think you should tell her asap.
She sounds so understanding - going with you to teh docs and being sad about you not being able to have babies..I'd imagine she'd be over the moon for you!

Just tell her how worried you were but how delighted you are that this miracle-baby has come along.
really - a course can be finished any time. But this baby is here now - and if it was expected that it'd be hard for you to conceive then it must be the right time!

I think you'll feel a lot better once you've talked to her and told her - let her share your excitement and experiences! Mums are so valuable right now!

Go on, tell her - dont let her be the last to know. Go round and see her today. Stop and buy cheesecake on the way and go round for a chat. Woman to woman.

You may be very surprised at how your parents will react. They may be a bit disappointed that you may not finish your course at this time, but they may be very excited about a new grandchild.

Do tell them right away. Obviously this worries you and what better thing to do than get it off your chest

I was petrified of telling my parents, so much so I told my mum and she had to tell my dad.....who flipped his lid and the air was blue apparently but now everyone is ok with it and my dad has even started buying bits.

I really would do it today, I think you'll be surprised.
