Oh i thought 16 hours was long! you hear of people popping them out in hours lol!

I'm definately not ruling out pain relief then haha

I agree with coccyx, flexible but informed.

And I really believe that your labour depends on your mindset. If you know nothing about the birth then you'll obviously be scared and it won't be up to you. If you go into it with some ideas of your own then you can make the birth your own.

My birth plan is here by the way

I'm Currently Feeling: 


Third time round... and my birth plan is..... to not have a birth plan.... Just take it as it comes... don't set yourself to many goals like' I will not have an epidural'... you won't get a medal at the end of it !! lol ANd they tend to ask you the other things anyways, like, do you want baby straight on you... which in your birth plan you might be like 'eugh, no', but when it comes down to it.. you just want to hold that baby the second it pops out......

im also going to go with the flow and not ruling out pain meds, if i need them they are there, im not looking to be out of my skin in pain. im going to listen to everything my Dr suggests.

Hmm yes well there is a few things we have decided on i only want to use gas/air if i decide i need pain relief unless there is medical reason for further pain relief i do not want to have my membranes ruptured unles baby is in detress and i want OH to cut the unbilical cord if all os ok
