really worried! plz advise

Hi ladies, ok last night i had some aches and pains so i made up a hot water bottle and took it to bed with me, thing is i fell asleep with against my belly! ive heard that overheating can be really bad, like having hot baths... is this true could i have harmed bubs?? i havent felt bean move since i got up, but i dont usually feel anything till later on in the day... im so worried that i might have done something really really awful!

Unless you woke up in a pool of sweat, then I think you'd be ok for overheating. There's a lot of insulation between you and the baby remember.
