Sore throat

I have a really bad sore throat!!
No honey at work so will have to get some later.. anything I can have in the meanwhile??
It pains when i swallow at the min...

Had a cough sweet & have been drinking warm water with lemon..
Still feels really sore & I have a meeting now which i can really do without~!
