Using the old pelvic floor muscles as I was coughing seemed to stop too much leakage! Can't imagine what it'll be like a few months down the line though  |

| Pregnant (Expecting) Active BnB Member  Join Date: Nov 2009 Location: Scotland, UK Posts: 157 | Hey i'm 27 weeks pregnant with my first baby and this happens to me too-not only when i cough or sneeze but when i bend down or pick things up-its happened before when i'v been standing on the same spot and i dont feel as though i need the loo! i sometimes feel REALLY paranoid-best thing is panty liners and carrying wipes etc for freshing up xx |
