I agree! Bad moms dont worry about being bad moms if you know what I mean, a bad mom is one who doesnt care how she's doing, and thats is definately not you because youve just told us all how much you really do care about being a good mom!!! (does that make sense, it seems really convoluted or something?!)

I think we all have these crises of confidence. It just shows that we're actually reflective about how we'll parent, and I think that can only be a good thing.

I know that dream is absolutely ridiculous, but I can't get the idea out of my head that I'm going to be a horrible mother. I have been around babies before, I have helped care for babies before, but I have never had sole responsibility for baby care and I don't think I'm going to do it right!

What if I don't dress baby warmly enough? How many layers is right? What if I dress him too warm? What if I don't bathe him right? Or don't feed him enough. Ladies, I'm driving myself crazy!
I wouldnt worry at all Apparently these weird dreams are quite normal at this stage.... I had a similair dream where hubby and i went out to visit to friends and left the baby at home because we forgot we even had a baby! The worst part is he didnt even have a cot to sleep in, he slept in our clothes cupboard!

OMG I worry about this ALL the time - I have never really been around babies. Have NEVER changed a baby's nappy and never picked up a new born baby without being handed it.

How the hell will I know what to do??!?!
