Cramping still

I have cramped every day since my bfp and it's still going on now at 20 weeks.

I had a major cramp on Saturday that was so painful it stopped me in my tracks. It lasted about 10-15 seconds and DH thought I was going into labour in Meadowhall car park

Since then I still cramp every day, not as painful, but for about 20 seconds each time.
I cramp 2-4 times a day

What could it be?

Growing pains - ligaments stretching etc. I had a lot of cramping at the start of 2nd Tri but it seems to have calmed down for me at the moment.

If you're really worried, mention it at your next MW appointment or give her a call. I'm sure she'll put your mind at rest.

Thanks, the one I had Saturday definitely wasn't my ligaments stretching!

Could be Braxton Hicks. Did you notice your bump going hard?

Can't say I tried to feel it, but next time it happens I'll reach straight for the bump

Also I had just overexerted myself the last two days, maybe it was a BH, but not sure what the smaller cramping is
