Sinus Pressure

Anyone know of any natural/non harmful remedies to get rid of sinus pain and pressure?
I've had a stuffy nose for a few days, but it wasn't too bad. Today it got A LOT worse! I have a major sinus headache, and my teeth hurt like it's sinusitis, but (TMI), my snot is still clear, not green, so I know there's no infection yet.
Do any of you ladies know any tricks to release some of the pressure?

A very effective method is tu use a neti pot (or something similar to it) and salt water, you can also add a bit of baking soda to the solution. Just make sure to keep everything clean. It is great especially as a preventative. Just google neti pot and how to wash your nose with it. It is less unpleasant than it looks though Good luck!

Steam inhalation, good for sinuses and coughs! You can use oils but BE CAREFUL which ones... just the steam will help.

I've heard of the netti pot before...wasn't sure if it would help with the pressure though, and the headache.
I'll give the steam a try first, before going out and buying the netti pot.

The neti pot does not have to be expensive one, I got a cheap plastic one from internet and worked just as well. It may help with the pressure because it clears out the excess mucous and helps to open up the sinus. Good luck and hope you feel betterr soon! Hugs.
