thanks for ur replys everyone ankle is still in agony and its hard to get up the stairs on ur bum with the extra baby weight. (thank god for a down stairs loo) had a pain in tum today as i have pulled a muscle hopping to the loo XXX

Sorry to hear about your accident
But im so pleased to hear baby is ok.

Hey I am a clear bear too, even my old manager called me by that name

I know what pain your in as when i was at school someone pushed me accidentally down these 2 steps in our assembly hall. I fell down sideways and sprained my ankle and it was the most painful thing ever. Sorry i know i did not tear a ligament but i understand how it must feel.

Hope you get better soon x

USE the railing! or hang on to something!
