| I'd be careful trying to lose body fat whilst pregnant. I think the time to get fit is before we get pregnant, not once we are. We can't get fit phsycially unles we were alread fit - I mean, we can be active, but no hard work outs - our heart rate mustnt go over 140 bpm.
And be careful of cutting out fats - often they contain essential oils and all sorts of goodness required to build bones, teeth, skin etc.
Really, I'd not worry about it - eat healthily and thats all you can do. But don't "diet".
I heard about one girl who was so obsessed with keeping her figure that she damaged her baby - deprived it of nutrients without realising just because she didnt want to get fat. I cant think of anything worse.
eat plenty of fruit and you'll be fine. |
