Hi i am just curious to what some of you ladies are eating on a normal day and how much you have changed your diet for pregnancy and are you taking a multi V

most multi vitamins ive looked at advise you not to take whilst pregnant. im going to ask my m/w what she recomends when i see her.
well my diet has changed im not eating as much chocholate and sh*t not down to will power but ive gone off it. oh and ive taken a shine to all things veg and orange juice. kind of been forced to by lil pea haha.

Oh yes orange juice is the best i put it in the freezer and make it like a slushy and you can get pregnancy multi V i take elivit

im so stupid didnt even think to look at pregnancy 1s well i didnt know they existed haha.
i love orange juice gotta be smooth thou no floaties mmmmmmm
i dont think its a craving, can you get them this early?

hmm well this is not my first pregnancy first pregnancy with real cravings but they change all the time um i wouldn`t say when its to early for cravings

My eating habits really haven't changed, except I do eat a bit more than I mostly certainly would if I wasn't pregnant. I don't have cravings and truly don't eat much junk food really.

I do take a prenatal vitamin and I probably should eat more fruit and vegetables!

Yes, Leeanne, that's me exactly. It's not the quality that has changed but the quantity! It's funny how I've gone off chocolate, though. I almost miss wanting to eat it

I'm a vegetarian anyway, so lots of fruit, veg, beans etc. come naturally. If anyone is interested in adding more veg into their diet, there is a brilliant book by Cathe Olson called "The Vegetarian Mother's Cookbook" with lots of great & easy to make recipes, all with exact nutritional information, as well as recommendations for each trimester.

i think this is great thats why i started this thread i think alot of women should be aware of what they should be eating and it helps to know what others are doing

Most doctors say that regardless of what you eat your baby will get what it needs, it is you who suffers the consequences Wouldn't worry about diet all that much tbh
