I've been taking prenatal vitamins from the start. Prescribed by my doc. I think we all should. And I eat lots more fruit - luckily it's what I fancy eating!

I probably eat more healthily since being pregannt - I love the idea that what i'm eating is making a perfect little person. Lots of wholemeal foods, lots of fruit. I love fresh raw salads and fruit over cooked veges at the mo.
And a fair bit of cake and chocolate milk as a treat too! hehe
A good balanced diet.

I have been taking pregnacare plus with omega 3 oils. You can get it from Boots. Its quite pricey, about Ģ12 something for one months supply, but Boots do 3 for 2 on all there vitamins so its not to bad.

As regards my diet, i do try. I am drinking alot more OJ and milk and have cut caffeine completely out as i went off tea wks ago. I still eat some s**t but eating alot more fruit.

Iīve been taking vitamins prescribed by my doctor. I think since becoming pregnant Iīve been eating a lot healthily. It helps, that I canīt fly anymore, so at least I get proper lunch breaks and can go out and get some decent food or make a pack up rather than eating airline food leftovers!!

I make sure I eat weetabix for my brekky, so I at least get some milk in me every day as I donīt like drinking milk on its own. I try and get at least 5 a day with my fruit and veggies too. As DH often gets home late during the week, I tend to eat a lot of salad with a jacket potato and vary the toppngs in the evenings, as its not worth cooking a big meal for one person. I try and cook decent meals with meat or fish at the weekend.

I still eat junk food every now and then - not so much chocolate as I donīt have a sweet tooth, crisps are my downfall, but I do try and limit myself.

I eat quite healthy anyway, but I have been fancying fatty foods more since pregnant and my intake has increased quite a lot too!

I would say i eat a wide variety of foods, i get some fruit and veg in everyday, probably not as much as i should be doing tho. Theres different vitamins for baby in all the foods we eat so i'm not worrying so much. I'm eating quite a lot of pasta and chicken and cereal.

My midwife never mentioned anything about taking pre-natal vitamins, i have just been making sure i eat a wide variety of things.

thats a pregnancy one so that's good. I dont think my vitamins have that...i eat sardines thogh so that should help.

But people should be careful if they choose a seperate omega 3 supplement: http://www.babycentre.co.uk/pregnanc...fishoilexpert/

Ummmm I'd like to say my diet has changed and I'm eating a healthy variety of all the necessary food groups..

My diet hasn't really changed. I'm just eating more... alot more! DH is much bigger than I am and he's always outdone me with the portions of food. I've never known where he puts it. I eat almost the same amount as he does these days.
I don't eat as much junk food. Well at least I try not to. I am on occasions a bit naughty. I crave veggies alot more. So at least I'm getting those in. Our suppers are mostly healthy. We don't cheat there.

Chocolate.... no I haven't gone off that. I don't overdo it though. If I feel like one I'll have one then I won't touch them again for a while.

I've been taking a prenatal multivitamin since before I started trying to conceive.

I've not been taking any vitamins and my diet hasn't changed just appetite increased. But like hr lr 07 said the baby will take what it needs from what we eat so in the long run it's only going to be me that suffers and has to work harder after bubs is here to lose it all!!

xx

I take a prenatal vitamin before I go to bed. I have allowed myself more junk than what I would normally do . I know that will only hurt me in the end. During the work week I have Honey Bunches of Oats cereal for breakfast, I usually have crackers for a snack around 11:00, then at 1:00 I go to lunch and either eat a sandwich with chips and a desert, a lean cuisine with a desert or a salad with a desert. Then I eat dinner around 6:00 and it's whatever I am fixing or can find. I try not to eat a whole bunch during the week so I can let myself splurge on the weekends (not on a schedule). I need to start walking and lifting light dumbells to try and get into better shape. I haven't excercised at all and I really feel it. Besides, I need to quit being so lazy.
