Anybody experience this??


Really bad pulling muscle pain in your calf,that wakes you up in the middle of the night in sever pain???

Sound like leg cramps... sometimes it means you need more potassium. Try eating more bananas! (or look around for other foods you like with lots of potassium in them!)

this has happened to me many times, even before I became pregnant. I found it happens more often if I am dehydrated. Drink lots of water and make sure to get all your nutrients.

If it does happen, as SOON as you wake up to the pain point your toes upwards and back and usually the pain will immediately stop. You just need to catch it in time.

I know it sucks really hurts

thats what i was gonna say about pionting your toes up it stops it quite quickly i have had it im this pregnancy and my previous 2 as well its such a pain xx

Yes, quite common in pregnancy.

I had it quite a bit around 20-25wks. No longer get it- but now am uncomfortable in bed even with this tiny neat bump!!
