How well can you tell sex at 14/15 weeks?

The place I am getting my early scan done says they will not tell me the gender this early, but is there a chance I will be able to tell myself? Or post a pic and ppl can tell? I REALLY want to know sooner than 20 weeks! Otherwise I got to wait until after Christmas lol. I will be 14 weeks 3 days during this scan.

I was told at 13+6
sonographer private clinic
said shed be 95% sure it was a Boy
But to get confirmed at 20wk scan
and Refrain from buying blue until 20wk scan confirmed

she was right

i was told that only for she was so sure it was a boy
she wudnt have said anything, that if she taught was a girl
she would not have told me becus girls ment to be harder to sex
at that stage

I know how hard it is to be patient but the longer you can put it off the more accurate your genders going to be. It so easy for mistakes to be made at the 14 week mark as theyr still very swollen (my babies bits were still swollen at 17 weeks) But i think what she means by showing people the pic is the nub theory? im useless with it but a few women on here know about it. Also although private places dont seem to offer 4D Scans before 24 weeks iv seen lots of scan pics from before then in 4D That would be more accurate than a 2D at your stage......theres a women on this forum called Beautywithin she got an early 4D Scan maybe she could help!! good luck with whatever you decide

Thats the time the genitals are starting to take shape into what they are. You most likely won't get an accurate gender out of it. They will still be swollen and look pretty much the same.
