Is anyone elses heartburn just pure killin?

Im so fed up with having heartburn. I burp all day like a complete man, and its all hot and I dont think your allowed to drink the ENTIRE bottle of Peptac in one day....

Milk only working for about 5 mins, and Im eating low fat food.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

im feelin it aswel.
gaviscon does nothing what soever to it.
milk works whilst im drinkin it and as soon as its swallowed it comes back =(.
x

Today is my 1st Day with proper heartburn
and omg dunno how am gunna cope rest of the way...

I drink a lot of gaviscon !!! I tried not drinking tea and pure juices and no fizzy pop and all i drink now is diluted cordial. The heartburn is so much better now.

YES! that is so how it is for me. I just cant understand why its so bad when ive eaten decent grub today! I am gonna try sleeping sitting up can you see that workin???

Yes its total pants! I had it real bad with my wee girl but cant believe how early its started this time!

I found Gaviscon today...it was like ice cubes flowing into my stomach, it was heaven!
Sorry to hear that your heartburn hasn't eased by taking antacids. I only drink water too but it's only this past 2 weeks that food hasn't eased it so I finally assumed that it wasn't MS.

I tried sleepin propped up, worked for 2nites and then it figured how to overcome that one. im in double didgets tomorrow sooo excited x
