I have my 26 week full antenatal appointment coming up next week. This will be with my GP not my midwife. I have no idea what to expect or what will happen. Does anybody know what I should expect? tests? exams? etc. Thanks!

Sorry, not sure, I don't see my GP at all, just midwife.
Why don't you phone and ask the midwife what the appointment will involve. x

I dont see GP either. I just know at 28 weeks some doctors do a diabetes test on some pregnant women with a family history of it....

As I don't have a midwife, I can tell you what I had done at 26 weeks.

Gestational diabetes test (if you haven't done it already).
Weigh in.
Measure the fundal height.
Listen to the baby.
Go home.

That is about it.
