Has your surgery got swine flu jabs yet? Mine hasn't.... getting very frustrated!

Hi Ladies,

Just wondering how many of you have been offered the swine flu jab? My surgery doesn't have the vaccines yet, nor do they know when they are getting them, and they don't seem to be doing very much to chase them. I'm getting increasingly frustrated and was just wondering how many of you are in the same boat?

I know in ireland not all the doctors are doing it I had to book an appointment online at my local health center. Hope you get sorted soon

Mine got it in last week and I got a letter at the weekend asking me to call to make an appointment. I called them to ask about it last Wednesday and they said they didn't know what they were doing about issuing the vaccine, yet they wrote the leter on Friday and said they had only written as they had failed to contact me via phone!

I've been calling at least twice a week to ask, and all the other surgeries in this area have had it.

ive just got my letter and due to have my jab on wednesday this week. im in norfolk. and my docs say theyve been waiting ages.

I havent heard anything yet... I have a midwife appointment tomorrow and they are attached to the surgery so will ask her or pop in and speak to a receptionist afterwards..

Mine haven't got it in yet either. At my last midwife appt (3 weeks ago) she said they didn't have a clue when they were getting it either!

I'm kind of glad about it though as it gives me more time to decide whether to have it or not!
