Thrush

Hello,

I've had a lot of lumpy discharge and some discomfort. I have booked myself an appointment in the clinic to have a swab taken tomorow.

I am really nervous as i've never had anyone examine me down below before!

Just wondering if anyone could advise me on what to expect?

Thanks ladies, you're all great!

xxx

Do you know, i have the same thing but have been too embarrassed to ask

I was going to ask the midwife about it when i next go but it seems ages away

Could it be thrush?

I read somewhere that as long as it doesnt smell or a funny dark green colour then it's ok??

I'm sure they've seen it all before tons of times though.

get checked out if you're unsure hun... best to be safe than sorry

Swabs are usually painless & over in seconds! I wouldnt be embarrassed as the nurses do it day in day out & think nothing of it!
