If I haven't felt any movement yet, by what stage is it something to worry about?

I'm 17+weeks and still nothing. I'm not worried yet, but just wondering, at how many weeks should you DEFINATELY have felt some movement?

I'd say worry if you're at 24 weeks and nothing. x

I felt the tiniest flutters at 17+1, but many don't feel anything at all until 21 or 22 weeks. You definitely shouldn't worry until at least then x

I agree with Saffy1978. Some girls on here are further than you and still nothing. I am sure baby is moving but there is prob. a reason you don't feel it. Maybe you don't recognize it. When I was 17 weeks it was still very sporadic and light. As the weeks went on she has gotten much stronger and now I can feel kicks and punches. Hang in there!!!

hey this is my first pregnancy, and only on some random days i feel movement - well i think its movement anyway! feels like someone else said as little flutters. at first i didnt think i had flet any thing when i was 16 weeks, but its just that i didnt no what to feel out for. i had already felt little flutters, but never knew that was the baby. but i dont think i felt it y.day or today, but i dont worry becuase i've never felt it everyday. have you had your 16 week app with the midwife? as long as the hearts beating and it was moving in your scan etc im sure everythings fine xx

This is also my first pregnancy. I went for my dating scan really late which clashed with my 16 week appointment so didn't see my Community Midwife then. But the scan was fine, baby looked well and healthy with a healthy heartbeat.

You still have plenty of time yet before worrying ! I first felt the bubble movements at around 18-19 weeks, at 20 he was giving me real kicks but even now somedays he can be very quiet & I might not feel anything for a day or so.
