I need your honest opinion

I still haven't told my family that I'm pregnant mostly due to the fact that we have 2 little one already and I think they will be shocked. However, I went out today and caught glimpse of myslef sideways on in a mirror and thought, 'I look obviously pregnant'! Now I'm thinking it could be my mind playing tricks on me but I just want you're opinion really. If you saw me and didn't know I was pregnant, could you tell?

I'll post this one from 5 weeks as a comparison of my normal weight (plus a bit too much Diary Milk

This one taken last week

I'm a bit worried they are looking at me noticing something isn't quite right or can I still get away with the, 'I've eaten one too many sweets' excuse. I'm just in a panic because I'm going to see them tomorrow!

If you wear something baggy it wont be a problem I shouldn't think. It is quite a large bump though! When were you planning on telling everyone?

I'll get out DH's baggy jumper I don't know when to tell them really, I can't believe I'm married, 22 and worried about telling my parents I'm pregnant . I think I could maybe hold off another couple of weeks.....

I'm the same 24, married and telling my mother was so difficult. She has been amazingly supportive tho. Snowball as for your bump i think it is going to get increasingly difficult for you to keep hiding it. When are you planning on telling them? Would they not be more annoyed if you kept it from them? They may be more supportive than you think.

That is an impressive bump, you could hide it if you wear baggy enough clothes, but why not tell them surely they would be thrilled at the news?!

You could always wear a bright pink and green wig to divert their attention up.....?

I was planning on leaving it for a few more weeks. I told them last time I was pregnant when I was 21 weeks although I hadn't seen them for a long time before. I just worry that they'll be disappointed.

Snowball how can they be disappointed with another grandchild? As difficult as it is the way i looked at it with my mum i didn't need approval cos to be honest i don't think i'll ever get it. It's just the way my mum is. I have 2 older brothers and she drummed into all of us not to have kids. That didn't work cos now my brothers both have kids and i have my bump but she is the best grandmother and would do anything for her grandkids.

That is exactly the same situation I'm in. My mum and dad didn't want me and my sister to have kids. My sister has one and has just suffered a miscarriage (which is why I haven't told her yet as she was due just after me). I have two but they are still very little and I told them after my son we wouldn't have anymore. That's why I think they are going to be so shocked and I'm am worried about their reaction.
