I start my classes at the end of March, they are $200 for 12 hours. The instructor is also a lactation specialist which is a biggie for me, because I'm a little stressed about breastfeeding.
I don't like to take on anything new without being completely armed with as much information as I can my hands on. Taking prenatal classes is a total no-brainer for me.

Vickie, when I was pregnant with my daughter, I went back and forth in deciding whether to attend or not. We ended up not doing it as we own a few companies and I just know my hubby wouldn't be able to make it once, twice, etc.

I then decided that when it comes to labour, it's just going to happen and I'm going to get through it irregardless if I took the class or not. Many, many other women did

Well, I didn't need them anyhow. After two days of induction, I ended up having an emergency C-section.

As for breastfeeding, I had fantastic nurses in the hospital and my hubby was great in helping in that area.
