I knew it would only be a matter of time before i got it as the cold weather is now kicking in - any non medicinal miracle cures girls??

Nope sorry, I have been suffering with mine since I been preggers hun, I know some people use steaming to try and clear it, but wether or not it helps I have no idea, with a little vicks in the water or olbas oil I think, not too sure......Sory I cant help......

i use the salt water rinses which help last thing at night to clear the tubes and gets me to sleep? It takes a bit of getting used to...

The salt water rinses are wonderful! I had a really bad infection and did not want to take meds..After doing it about 4x a day, for two days, it kicked it.

Calpol Saline Spray - Safe to use in pregnancy

Stick your head over a bowl of steamy hot water with some Vicks Vapour Rub melted into it and inhale.
