20 week scan tomorrow

what should i expect?

we are NOT finding out what the baby is (i am still wondering if we are making the right choice) but curious as to what will go on at the appointment.

Is it a Level II scan?

I haven't had mine yet, but I know at mine they'll be checking out all the organs, looking for "soft markers" for Down Syndrome, etc. (Since I came up "elevated risk" on my blood test.)

Hi Fitz.
Good luck tomorrow...I've got mine too. Am feeling nervous for various reasons. We've decided not to find out the sex too...I am tempted, but feel the suprise at the end will be so much more special.

As far as I am aware, I think they check all the organs and check that bubs has developed properly.

They will check baby is growing properly the heart and placenta ectect.
