omg poor you! I was just thinking about this today actually as I have had 2 good bites , one a few years ago from a broken playstation (that i tried meddling with) and few months ago a fish tank light. Hoping I can stay away from yet another incident for the rest of my pregnancy lol. i'm sure bubz is fine huni. If you are worried about it though i would call your midwife but i'm sure she will just give you the same reassurance x

I know this will sound crazy to some, but I would think about getting checked. The shock you got won't be this bad, but a girl I know was 34 weeks pregnant and touched her electric fencing (we both have horses) and got a big shock (it's 240v). The hospital kept her in overnight to monitor the baby. I don't think it will harm the baby, but I think they kept her in with view to how it may have affected the heart etc.

I hope you are OK. It sounds really nasty. I've never had an electric shock thankfully.

I got an electric shock in my first preg from a kettle at work. I called nhs direct and they recommended that I go and get checked out as you cant be too sure.

Everything was completely fine but I felt reassured that I had gotten checked. If you are worried at all i'd give nhs a call x

I had a nasty shock in the hospital years ago off the metal boards where the oxygen and stuff is, that went right up my arm too and ouch that hurt, thankfully I wasnt pregnant at the time it happened, but I think I would have got checked if I was, I would have thought everything would be ok, but if you are at all worried I would call your midwife or nhs direct and see what they say......Might be worth getting checked out anyway as that is quite a nasty shock.......
