I was wondering if there were any sleep aids I could take without hurting anything, so that's great! Thanks margerle!

I wish I had a recliner! My right hip has also been acting up really bad, both when I'm sitting and laying down. It's driving me crazy. I just need to find a way to situate myself so I can stay alseep without getting sore or having parts fall asleep. Even that seems impossible when I have to get up every 2 or 3 hours to pee

I've heard about maternity pillows or long body pillows you can situate along your backside or between your legs (or however you like to hold it) and it makes it more comfortable to lay down and sleep on your side. Have you tried something like that?

there's all kinds of pillows with different shapes like the above. even a regular pillow that is extra long could work as a back support.
