I've had diarrhea for most of my pregnancy, the doctor told me that it is as normal as constipation. Are you feeling sick as well? If so, definitely call your dr.

the stomach / intestines are seperate form your uterus so I wouldnt worry abotu baby. Just keep rehydrated.

I geta bad tummy after I've eaten fish soemtimes. I never did before being pregnant.

At least if there was anything bad in your food your body is flushing it out of your system.

Keep an eye on it and if it's not better soon (I'd personally give it 24 hours though i'm no doc, but make sure to drink plenty of water) and then if it's no better call the doc.

I think it can be pretty common throughout pregnancy. Make sure to keep yourself hydrated and get lots of rest. If it becomes too bad call your MW for reassurance--that's what they are there for!
