please tell me not to panic

I know I'm being irrational, but having thought i'd felt baby moving a couple of weeks ago, I've had nothing for a few days now. Nothing, not even a little wiggle or a poke..

I know I'm only in my 19th week but I feel a little anxious......baby is OK in there right? Have got another 2 weeks until the big 20 week scan and dont want to build myself up into a tizzy before then!!....Just wish the little monkey would give me a kick!!

my belly seems suddenly enormous so I'm assuming that he/she is growing...but I dont understand why it's all gone quiet......maybe the first feeligns were wind after all....oh cripes....

i had this as well. they dont count movement til like 26 wks. try not to worry but if it makes you feel better go hear the heart beat. they might tell u that ure not far along enough o even think about it as some woman at your stage dont feel anything yet. i was suggested to drink something sweet like oj or eat something sweet and then go lie down on your left side for about 40 min. see if this helps. it could also be that your baby has moved positions and is moving around but its now harder for you to feel.

I only felt the popping/flutterings occasionally until this Friday just gone when i would have just turned 19 weeks. I wouldn't worry, i bet soon enough you will be feeling proper little kicks like i have been over last few days, he/she does it everyday now.

Arrrgh cancel my panics - literlaly just this minute i had a feeling like a muscle tiwtch (you know when you get them lke in the corner of your eye and it feels like you're winking at people?) it was like that but right low down almost on my top knicker line.....it happened twice in a minute.

I think maybe that was baby saying "oi mum, i'm here panic not!!" lt'll keep me quiet and calm for a while I hope!....ooh wow.....

I'm such a bag of nerves today! hahah
