Low Amniotic Fluid---Very worried!

Today, I went in for my second appointment with my high risk obstetrician. We expected the baby's amniotic fluid to go higher from 4 weeks ago, but it has gotten lower! It is now at a 6.4 and should be at a 7 at the lowest!

They did a very thorough ultrasound of her organs, which all looked good. Her heartrate was at 144 and she already weighs over 1 lb, which is just a bit
higher than what she should be.

He said that I may just be a pregnant woman with low fluid.....

I just did a search on the effects of low fluid on a baby and discovered a ton of birth defects that she could have so now I am freaking out!!

Has anyone else gone through their 2nd and 3rd trimester with low fluid? Did everything turn out well? Please help!
