Remedies for Back Ache

I am in AGONY!!!!!!!!! I may only be 15 weeks but the pain, I just cannot stand it much more. I am fine at the start of the day but by the time I get home I can bearly walk never mind move and send the night almost in tears in agony. It is lower back pain on the right hand side and I have tried everything but it is just getting worse. I cannot sleep and was awake until after 4 this morning and now DH is getting grouchy becasue he is not getting his 12 hours a night

please could anyone suggest anything, dont think I can cope for another 25 weeks

I work in a job where I am on my feet for an entire 8 hour shift. Around 15 weeks, my back was killing me. I could barely walk by the end of a shift. The only thing that really helped me was an ice pack every time I got the chance to sit down and doing some stretching exercises throughout the day. Fortunately the back pain has subsided a bit around 18 weeks. While I still hurt, its not nearly as bad as before, hope this is the case for you, I know how awful it can be!

I tried a little reliever I found online and it worked wonders for me. If you get on your hands and knees and gently arch your back upwards, then allow it to relax so it curves towards the floor the back pain may subside.(Happy cat/ Sad cat). I hope this helps?!
