Creams and Exfoliating

Right Girls I`m just wondering what kind of creams and Exfoliating scrub you use?

wish it safest and gentle for youre skin?

I use The Body Shop Mango Exfoliating scrub and Dove silk glow to finish. for a nice glittery body.

I have tried the little me organics from boots and they were terrible i came out the biggest rash across my breasts and belly.

I have tried johnsons baby lotion that aint good for my skin at the moment cause its soo greasy.

I have had Bio oil and allergic to it beilve it or not after spending a fortune on the big bottle and now found the cheaper version called Rescue Oil and seems to be ok if you have run out of the body cream or scrub!

Some sites say not to use Exfoliating scrub but to be honest i think it helps the skin and the baby smelling of mango`s when you given birth.pmsl.

I tend to normally used a loofah to scrub my skin with. I can't really afford to be buying too many products now I don't work and I've got high standards of what I'll use since I'm a beauty therapist. I just use my loofah everyday gently when washing with shower gel. I use a mixture Palmer's coca butter and Decleor spray oil for moisture.

If I could buy anything I wanted I would use E'spa relaxing salt scrub

http://www.espaonline.com/spa-produc...ng-Salt-Scrub/

and E'spa concept nourishing body cream

I just love E'spa products..packed full of essential oils and lovely things. Makes you feel like your drifting off into heaven when using the products.

I have been using Sanctuary's Mum-to-be body moisturiser which smells lovely and I just exfoliate genetly every day with a body puff and some shower gel. I have also used Palmers cocoa butter but found the smell off putting (though you can get fragrance free) and also the Soap and Glory Righteous butter which is also lovely! I don't really think it matters what you use - just use plenty of it and regularly!

I use Aqueous cream as soap have done for years as a moisturiser i use DoubleBase (perscription) and Dermol (perscription) and coco butter (boots )

I have Eczema and it got worse with pregancy usualy i am fine with just the Derol and coco butter doc suggested i try and double base as i was going through 500ml of Dermol a week hehe

Also after showering i use either baby oil or oilatum it does mean i am slightly oily for about 10 min after the shower but leaves the skin yummy. I tend to use an old sheet and pop it on the bed and wrap myself in this while i watch some tv and the oil soaks in.

Not used much else for years - i did have an espa facial last year and i had a reaction to it which is about a million to 1 apparantly so i tend to stay clear of stuff i dont know now.
