Early_Bump

HI everyone well waht a tramatic few days this has been. Went in for my steriods on Thursday had my scan Lily was 1lb 6oz which i was pleased with however my cervix was down to 0.4m but fluid levels were good. Their was also slight funneling on internal os.

So i went to ward had 1st lot of dexa all was well, friday came and by lunch time i was having what i can only discribe as i sharp swabbing pain in my down below bits honestly felt like someone had stuck a knife up thier. they then died of and the tightenings came and i had this overwelling feelin that Lily was coming i was so so scared you have no idea honestly i was paralised with fear. So by bout 3pm they were every 9-13mins give or take and by 5 they were every9mins regualr and getting uncomftable. consultant came and i was expecting the whole 'well we'll jus wait and see what happens see if they settle' but no she straight away put me on antimeds and by 6pm they stopped but sadly they left me 2cm dialted and paper thin. Then over friday nite the scbu shut as they were over their numbers in ITU and i was told birmingham was nearest unit with a bed great 2hrs away. But they kept me on meds and i have nothing but the odd twinge since so today i came home. On grounds that im back up thier wed,thurs and sat and any pains at all in between i have to go straight back in. Cos i'll have to be transfered out.

Hopefully when i do have her its b nearer to hoem prefere manchester or even liverpool but who knows. im staying on the meds till Wed to keep contractions away with bit of luck but due to the side affects i can only have them in 5 days blocks, but i feel so drained and exhausted i jus wanna sleep all time. Consutlant reakons she'll be here within the and that was friday so in next 5 days but who knows. Im heading for Thursday as my own goal cos then i'll be 25wks but i'll take every day as a bonus.

Well, at least things are kinda on hold for now. Just keepin fingers crossed you won't have to go to Birmingham.
