I'm Currently Feeling: | Question pls help Today i went for my last scan. The doctor said everything was good except that there is calcification in one of the ventricles of the heart. He said this is common but has referred us to get a eco-cardiagram by a pediatric cardiologist and also genetic counseling. After the doctor left the room the assistant told us not to worry they see it a lot and its usually fine.
i have called my doctor and left her a message. has anyone had this at a scan?
i cant help but worry until we know otherwise, but id be happy to hear from anyone who knows anything about this.
thanks. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I haven't heard of this, but I'm not quite as far along as you in my pregnancy. I'm sure all is well and hope the pediatric cardiologist can get you in quickly and set your mind at ease. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | You would have thought the doctor would have explained it to you.
How long do you have to wait to see a specialist? |
