height of uterus??

Saw midwife today . I'm 27 weeks and 3 days. She said 'no you're only 23 weeks. Look at the pregnancy wheel, definately 23 weeks". Silly moo, not only is bump large, but she was reading off chart for January not February!!. She then measured top of uterus and said it measured 30cm. I asked if this was ok , she said mmmmm would not want it to measure much bigger. What do you ladies think. I should have asked her more but to be honest not keen to. See my usual midwife in 2 weeks. Thanks

LOL wow, can't believe she made that kind of mistake . She might have made a mistake about the measuring large bit as well so I would wait until you see your regular midwife. If you are measuring big I wouldn't worry too much, I was measuring 3+ weeks large a couple of times, now its down to 1 week over my current week. I bet everything is fine

Wow what a mistake for her to make. At least you'll get to see your regular MW in a couple of weeks

LOL She must have been a newbie midwife?

Must have shocked the heck out of you when she said you were 4 weeks behind what you thought!
