I'm Currently Feeling: | who actually drink the right amount? i am terrible at drinking enough even when not pg.
is there anyone out there drinking as much as you should be.
i know its winter now and so im a bit slack but im trying to get better for the summer. i know dehydration can bring on contractions.
are u girlz managing to drink enough? how much is enough?
whos got some tips? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | My midwife told me to drink half my weight in ounces. Say if you weight 140, drink 70 ounces. I try to do 1 1/2 - 2 liters a day. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I am probably not drinking enough. I do find though that I drink more water when I have a slice of lemon in it
Last night though I remembered Club Soda and thought that would be lovely with some lemon. Have to get some today  |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I drink maybe 4-5 glasses a day, I can't stand water  and I can only drink it later in the afternoon or evening or it makes me feel ill. I'm sure you're fine hon  |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I' not really sure what the right amount is exactly. I do try to drink more water now, and I try to do it at meal times because I tend to drink a lot while I'm eating, always have for some reason. I have noticed if I don't get enough water during the day by the evening I'm very very thirsty. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | drinking lots makes me sick and i get bored of having to go to the toilet so much. when i go to the gym in the evening tho I end up guzzling about a litre of water. so am probably getting enough, Everyone differs on how much water they need,
a good way to judge is if your urine is clear/ very pale yellow, then you are hydrated and drinking enough.
However if your urine is yellow/ dark yellow then you are dehydrated so get guzzling water xxx |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I am trying my hardest to drink enough fluids. The last two times I was in the hospital, they said I was extremely dehydrated, which I didn't understand TBH, because I feel like I drink a lot. Any more, and I will pee my pants!!!  |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think I probably drink too much!! Some days I can drink 6-7 litres of water or even more!! I've already had 4 litres already today!!!! 
Then again, I've always been one to drink constantly, so it's no worse than before I was pregnant!
I have my blood sugar level tested very regularly just to be sure though! |
