Good News!!!

Well I have been having all the symptons of preeclamsia... headaches, blurry vision, extreme fatigue, under rib pain, kindey pain, and my heart has been beating hard, not faster, but really heavy.... I was sooo scared, so I went to see my Ob today, and my BP was good, in fact I have never had high BP. But I was sooo scared. She says I have anemia, which I had a touch of before I was pregnant, and had to take iron supplements for, but the stupid substitute Ob that was in for her while she was on holidays told me that I didnt need to take them anymore because there is enough iron in the prenatal vitamins... well she was very wrong, and my doc seems quite annoyed that she would tell me that.
And the kindney pain is just pre-existing kidney stones that decided now would be a good time to pass

Glad to hear you don't have preeclampsia! Sorry about the kidney stone though Can't believe the one OB told you to stop taking your iron supplement, seems quite stupid that she would do that

Glad your BP was normal, and I'm surprised that an OB would advise you to stop taking the supplements, thats awful.

I think pre-eclampsia is generally only diagnosed over 20 weeks, so just make sure to note at your next appt whether your BP is normal.

Thanks everybody... whhhew!!! what a relief!! Ya preeclapsia is usually only diagnosed after the 24th week, but not always, in rare cases it does come earlier...
