NCT nearly new sales

Hi everyone,

I just found the national childbirth trust website and they have a section talking about thier nearly new sales. Mums sell thier old baby stuff, you pay £1 to get in to the school hall (or where ever it is) and then have a good root around all the stalls.

The sale locator is here if you want to see if theres one near you. I have the one near me in my diary in capital letters for NOvember. My midwife says you need to get there EARLY as theyre really popular!!!

Thanks hun. If you notice nct members get in 15 mins before anyone else, my friend said they can tend to strip the bargains but still worth getting in on the dot for some good finds. x

Mine says you can go in 15 minutes earlier if you're a NCT member. Is it expensive to join? Worth it?

Went to one yesterday - bit of a mad scrum really. Lots of elbowing, lol. Not really my sort of shopping to be honest. Probably better if you're a member to get all the early bargains! I think I'll stick to ebay for a bargain

I went to one yesterday and it was amazing. It was really busy though - I wish I'd got there early. I had to queue for half an hour to even get in. I found it much better than ebay becuase you can really the stuff out and make sure its in good condition.

There were some fantastic bargains. I've got the next one in my diary already.
