Who here works out/exercises?


I lifted weights and walked on the treadmill regularly before I got pregnant. In my first trimester I had some complications and was told not to do anything physical. Last time I went to the dr she said I could now do light walking, upper body weights and prenatal yoga. I'm slowly trying to get back into it. I'm starting to really feel the weight I'm putting on. I know going back to the gym will really help my mood and my body. Next week I'm really going to get serious about it. I'm excited to see/feel the changes I will have.
I was just wondering who else here exercises regularly?

I wish I still didMy thighs and butt look enormous! lol But I do plan on getting back into walking (briskly) on a treadmill and maybe some light free weights stuff for my arms. Do you know if we can still work out legs/thighs/butt? I was in really good shape prepregnancy, but you'd never be able to tell now hehe

i exercise regularly and have hardly put on any weight anywhere other than my bump and feel really good for it. At my job im constantly walking round and as of yet have no problems being on my feet all day, i think its has helped that ive been exercising and cant wait to get back into shape after she is born

I don't properly work out but I make a point of going out for a 1/2 hour walk fairly reguarly just to keep myself active. I was told not to exercise because I have problems with my back.

I used to go to the gym a lot, but since I got pregnant I haven't had the energy for it. I didn't really want to do an awful lot as my MW told me not to get my temperature up so I just go swimming 3-4 times a week. Its great excersise

I should but the nausea completely did me in the first trimester, now can't seem to find the energy to want to go work out.

im not one for working out but since i became pregnant i have been taking my mums dog out for long 2 hr walks it makes me feel better and gives me time to think on my own.

I'm Currently Feeling: 



Pre pregnancy I went to the gym everyday, I'm studying a degree in sports science and therapy so a lot of personal training is involved. I was really sick in the first tri, so couldn't exercise. But in the second tri, I have felt a little better, so now go to the gym and do cardio/lift weights every other day, its so good to work up a sweat and feel my muscles burning again. It definately makes you feel good. xx
