Sneezing accidents, already?!

Someone please tell me I'm not alone in this.
It first happened on Thursday when walking through town, 18 weeks exactly. I honestly thought the whole weakening of the pelvic muscle and drips when sneezing were a 3rd tri type of problem, not 18 weeks! Slightly hopefully I figured that it maybe was a one off, but nah ... time to start working out those muscles for me!

So, when -is- it 'supposed' to happen? Normal at 18 weeks or indeed usually a third tri thing?
Trying to stay positive here now, perhaps it means that relaxin hormone is working really well and it will be easy to pop baby out when she's due?

It has been happening to me for a few wks now xx
Its not good when you have a cold xx I have taken to wearing a liner at all times just in case xxx lol xx

I think its just the joys of being pregnant xxx enjoy them you will miss them when they are gone xx Aparently xx

I honestly can't see me missing this one =P
Glad I'm not completely on my own though, panty liners for me from now on as well.

iv been having this prob since about 11 weeks

panty liners are top off my shopping list now lol. xx

yep same, i was shocked how early it was, doesnt happen every time i sneeze but i definitely have to prepare myself for the worst when i feel one coming on!

hi, it happened to me at 19 weeks and has happened twice now, both when sneezing!

I was also rather shocked as I didnt think that happened until after you had given birth!! Obviously I was wrong about that!

I've started doing some pelvic floor exercises every day to try and prevent it happening

I am honestly so, so relieved that it's not just me! Thought I must have had the weakest muscles ever as I'd not seen anyone mention this rather annoying symptom.
I'm just thankful that it's only happened twice so far, and not with every sneeze as I sneeze -a lot-.

same thing happened to me... and I've had bronchitis as well so when I cough too hard it happens then too.

I found out I am going through this as well when I got a cold a few weeks ago! When coughing! Worried me for it to be this early but now I feel a lot better!

I've just got over a cold and have a bad cough, its been awful for the last couple of weeks- you're definately not alone! x
