| I eat a lot of cheese so I don't think I have too much of a problem. Obviously the baby will take what it needs from you, even if this leaves you lacking.
Other than obviously milk and cheese, you can get it from canned fish like sardines, salmon and makeral, oats, some nuts - I think almonds, oranges, Broccoli, kale - lot's of veg I think.
I like bananas and cream. In fact everything and cream.
Oh and you also need to have Vitamin D to absorb the calcium which you get from natural sunlight, most pregnancy multivitamins and most food which contains calcium.
