I'm Currently Feeling:  | I feel soooooooo crappy :-(
I´ve got the lergy!!! DH had Man flu at the weekend and has passed it on to me 
Normally I´d have knocked back two generous Hot Toddies before I went to bed last night and that starts to kick it into touch.....but I can´t drink alcohol anymore
I´m allowed to take paracetamol though aren´t I?
The only good thing about this, is that I´m staying at home for the rest of the week and can come on here more during the day - can´t get on the internet at work. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling:  | yip, paracetamol is safe during pregnancy I've been told.
I had a cold and was given some sort of salt water nasal spray / wash thing. Sort of helped. Helped me breateh at least which was a big issue stopping me sleeping.
Otherwise, gte lots of vit C into you, and hows about one of those vapo steam things? pop some vicks in a bowl of water, towel over your head!...
And sleep, as much as you can!!

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I know the feeling. I went through a stage of seeming to catch everything, one after the other. I'd normally have those flu drinks which I lovebut they're not safe during pregnancy so I was stuck on paracetamol.
When OH got them it was indeed man flu though  For something I found annoying but that I could cope with it and carry on as normal, he was out flat on the sofa, dying and in need of lots of hugs and attention. |

Btw, you will notice when you have your little boy just how different the gender is. Little boys don't change much all the way up til manhood  At least I find that with my little guy. |
