bigger bump, more more stretching pain?

I'm wondering if you get more pain when your bump's getting bigger. i read the book and it seems like the baby grows a lot in 2nd trimester. Anyway, i'm very happy to be in 2nd trimester and can't wait for my bump to get really big and feel baby kicks. And i like this pain because it means the baby's growing.

I never had any stretching pains. My skin stretched from down on my thighs/butt though as I have more stretch marks and stuff down there.

I haven't felt too much stretching so far. Maybe it's because I moisturize every day? (I hate the winter here, it's so freeking dry!)

I think she might be referring to internal ligament stretching???

I do still though it truly isn't as bad (less constant) as the pain in the end of the first trimester and very beginning of second.

I get twinges once in a while when LO shoves herself into a wonky position and I move too fast, but generally I've gotten used to moving fairly slow and deliberately so the aches don't have a chance to get me

Enjoy!

My belly hasn't really hurt that bad from stretching for a while now. I think 18 or 19 weeks was the last time.

I do get a pain in the side of my belly quite often, always in the same place which feels like ligaments stretching though. Finally will get that checked out properly tomorrow. Sometimes it hardly hurts at all and other times it takes my breath away.

I've recently started getting crampy, period type pains down low again too so maybe the growing pains will be back soon.

I haven't really had any stretching pain, but I wonder if that's cause I'm overweight so it's got more skin to play around with.
